1) Mahati casau siddhisca
She is the highest attainment
When one reaches the goddess, all other attainments become trivial for him as she is the highest attainment.
2) mahan siddhih yasyah (sakasat) iti
She gives attainment to the devotee.
The word siddi means the siddhis like anima, laghima, etc., and others described in Skanda Purana
