According to this interpretation, vimarsa means the first vibration of parabrahman who is in the prakasa aspect.

2) vimarsah (vacakah sabdova) sa eva rupam (nirupakam) nirupyam va asyah
According to the interpretation , the word vimarsa means significant words or speech by which she is described.

2) na nutta (paraprerita) ma=(buddhih aisvaryam va) yasyah
According to this interpretation, the word anutta means not depending and ma means intelligence or dominion. Hence she is one whose power or knowledge is not derived from any other source but is self-possessed.
