Anuttama

1) na vidyate uttana yasyah sa
She is so called because no one else could be thought superior to her.
2) na nutta (paraprerita) ma=(buddhih aisvaryam va) yasyah
According to this interpretation, the word anutta means not depending and ma means intelligence or dominion. Hence she is one whose power or knowledge is not derived from any other source but is self-possessed.
