rajarajabhyam arcita (=upasita)
She who is worshipped by Rajaraja
The word rajaraja stands for both Manu and Kubera. The word also indicates the vidya of Kubera, Manu, Candra, Lopamudra, Agastya, Surya, Indra, Skanda, Manmatha, Agni and Durvasa.
